Each learner has a personal dashboard, and you can login and resume your learning anytime. IWin is your dedicated online learning platform, meticulously managed by our team of web experts and trainers.
Is it WhatsApp based training? How is your Platform control?
We don’t use WhatsApp or any other apps for training learners. IWin platform is self-hosted and we conduct instructor-led sessions on the Zoom platform, closely integrated with our platform. You can take notes with our built-in note taking app and keep for future reference. Your data is safe with us till your membership period.
How to you conduct Online sessions?
Our online sessions occur weekly, with our experienced instructors leading the way. Session timings are flexible and depend on your time zone, whether it’s on weekends or weekdays. Paid members can book one-on-one sessions with our booking system built into your membership profile. All training details are discussed in private groups. Learn at your pace, as you are offered flexible booking system for online sessions; except cohort-based plans.
How do you attend to doubts and clarifications?
Our training covers both theory and practical application. You’ll not only learn the concepts but also put them into action with guidance. All lessons have built-in interaction (chat) for doubts and clarifications. Groups and discussion forums also have messaging system where you can receive personal response. Should you need a more personalized attention, you can raised the support ticket in the support page.
What if I miss a session?
If you ever miss a session, don’t worry. You’ll receive the session recording, ensuring you can catch up on your learning at your convenience. Our platform helps you to focus on learning; and we will make sure that you are covered with your learning.
Do I get feedback on my performance?
You can upload videos for performance evaluation (a dedicated upload link will be provided in the private group). Our experts will send you personalized feedback on every scope of improvement.
